The proposals for the programme PICF 2011 will be sent to the programme management team via a secured webapplication.

Please note that the proposal must be sent by the principal coordinator of the project.

Please note that a complete proposal includes

• the Common Submission Form
• the Annex A - Specific French Financial Form
• the Annex B - Specific German Financial Document

Please note that a hard copy of the Annex A - Specific French Financial Form is also required (see call for proposals)
